My figures and fragments are composed of clay, plaster and metal; of Earth. These mediums, often contradictory, are a metaphor for the conflicting elements that define each of us.

I hope to discover the human experience through this process of constructing figure and fragments--not necessarily in the completion of each whole, but in the creation of many to discuss the greater whole. I hope that my figures touch upon aspects of us that exist in that primitive part of our soul--that part often void of logic--in it’s pure abstract state--whilst using both, abstract and literal language of form.
